The house is as advertised. Great location, historic, and a host was great. Don’t expect modern amenities or for it to be New Construction and you’ll be pleased! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Perfect location to walk around Leadville and such a fun, unique spot! We would love to stay here again next time we are back in Leadville. Was perfect for our group!

Chris has a beautiful Victorian that is quintessential Leadville home. We throughrouly enjoyed our time in while in town. It has a bit of quirky layout, but plenty of space for numerous guests. It is also worth noting that Chris' communication during the process was also top notch. I would definitely consider rebooking if up in Leadville again.

Had a great stay here. The place is larger than it looks in photos so we had plenty of room for our group. The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are small and pretty steep so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Chris was wonderful and had great communication. Location is also perfect and very walkable. Overall a quirky and fun stay in Leadville.

Interior of the home was clean and functional. However, hot tub was older and not very clean, including the water. Outdoor space of the backyard with the hot tub was cluttered and not welcoming. Outdoor table had ash tray with burned cigarettes and garbage laying around. House is also a condo, with the interior spaces only separated by a (locked) interior glass door. Conversations could clearly be heard with other residents/visitors which, unfortunately, occurred very early each morning (pre-6:00 am).

The location of Cloud City Castle is one of the main reasons we chose to manage it - it's amazing! You're only 2 blocks from Harrison Street, Leadville's Main Street, but the neighborhood itself is quiet, peaceful and safe. The house has a shared courtyard (with the West Wing) with a hot tub and plenty of indoor space!
