House was perfect for a family stay. Toddler enjoyed the yard and bunk bed. Screens on windows would be a good addition.

We booked this cabin as our base camp to summit Mt. Elbert—and it did the job! Chris was responsive and professional and the location was great—close to town, trails and fishing spots. The cabin has quirky decor and super firm mattresses (just a heads-up). Check-in and out is through an external guide site—we knew this ahead of time for check-in but didn’t realize we’d need it for check-out too. When the Wi-Fi dropped, only one of us with AT&T could access it. A simple note in the Airbnb app would’ve helped. Still, we had a great stay and made awesome memories!

This cabin is perfectily positioned on the edge of Leadville -- far enough to be quiet and private, but close enough to be at a downtown restaurant in 7 minutes. It served as a great place to stay for the many outdoor activities that Leadville has to offer. It housed my party of 5 quite comfortably. Chris has thought of everything -- from providing popcorn, a filtered water pitcher, extra water bottles, and even canned oxygen! I would not hesitate to stay here again!

It was a beautiful location and home. Close to town but not close that you feel like you’re in a mountain getaway still. Chris communicated with me quick and helpful. Would recommend and will come again.
