Great relaxing vibe and living space was very clean. The fenced-in area for the dog was wonderful to have. (I did have to clean up dog poop that was left by the front steps and in the yard from previous dogs when we arrived and make sure to clean up after my dog). The cooking pan/sheet was dirty and not usable. The beds and rooms were very clean and comfortable. I think the upstairs bedroom could use a big fan as it was hot the first two evenings. Thank you!

Host was very attentive. I had a question, and got a response within minutes. Very clean house! Pics looked just like house. Would stay again!!

We were a grouo of 5 adults and 2 dogs and the house set up and size was great- comfortable places to relax, open kitchen and dining area, lofted sitting area. the fenced on yarn and porches were awesome for our dogs! We did alert Chris to some needed maintenance items (coffee pot, some heaters) and he was responsive throughout our stay.\n\nThe location was great, beautiful with great access to trails, the lakes and Leadville. The roads in the neighborhood are indeed steep and rough so do recommend AWD or 4WD.

Great place to stay in Twin Lakes. Our family had a great weekend hiking, fishing, and exploring the area. Highly recommend for a weekend in the mountains!

Worked out perfectly for our group - we were at Leadville for the MTB race. Very remote and peaceful place.

This property does not have air conditioning. This property does have heat, however the main source of heat is the fire place and wood is provided. The pellet stove is inoperable.
The home is pet friendly with a pet fee of $100 +tax for 1 pet and $200 +tax for 2 pets max.
-NO FIREWORKS AT ALL EVER and if we find out about it, you will be fined $500. Due to the location of this property, being secluded in the woods, it will not be tolerated!
