Beautiful retreat in Twin Lakes! Perfect size for four adults looking to enjoy nature for a long weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and the games were a nice touch. Our favorite part was the balcony! Only cons: significant dog hair on the furniture and a bit annoying to have to go to a third party website / management company for info and requests.

Chris is an amazing host . She was very responsive to all questions and helpful .. The property is amazing ; clean , well stocked , comfortable beds , quiet neighborhood with great views .. I would definitely stay again

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville, the elevation is 10,000 feet, while Twin Peaks is around 9,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
