The home is pet friendly with a pet fee of $60+ tax for 1 pet and $120 +tax for 2 pets max.

-NO FIREWORKS AT ALL EVER and if we find out about it, you will be fined $500. Due to the location of this property, being secluded in the woods, it will not be tolerated!

Please NO parties. NO open fires are allowed- the Provided propane fire pit is allowed.

Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville, the elevation is 10,000 feet, while Twin Peaks is around 9,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
