If your luggage is heavy, you may find it difficult to drag up and down the steps required to get it in and out of the unit, especially if you are not acclimated. The unit is partially below ground so not easy to open windows for ventilation. A couple spiders.

This condo was a fantastic use of space and a cozy spot for four adults and a baby. The home is in a great location with all the essentials you need. The only thing I didn’t love was how long the list of check out chores was. I actively avoid Airbnbs that have extensive checkout tasks, but this one wasn’t listed in the description. It was listed in a book of rules within the condo. That left us setting our alarm to wake up early to start the dishwasher to give it time to complete the cycle and put them away because there was “$50 fine if any dishes were left in the dishwasher” along with many other tasks, but the dishes were the most time consuming. It also could have been easily missed if we hadn’t looked in the book. Other than that, everything was great.

This place was absolutely adorable! It was so cozy and perfect mountain views. We loved all the amenities and the cozy blankets! We had the best stay and definitely would go back!! The entrance and parking is a little tricky. It's best to turn on Ash and park on the left side of the street. You can unload in the alley.
